多聽(tīng)多練。沖擊波的有本專四聽(tīng)寫(xiě)50篇，那本還可以，語(yǔ)速和難度接近真題。還有就是多聽(tīng)多練10年真題的dictation，畢竟是真題嘛。而且陳漢生的專四指南也要多練（雖然里面的語(yǔ)速偏快）。
