We are pleased to announce that the registration for the upcoming College English Test (CET) is now open. The CET is an essential examination for non-English major students in China, widely recognized as a measure of English language proficiency. Whether you are aiming to improve your language skills or seeking better opportunities in your academic and professional pursuits, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss.
The CET will be held on August 20th, with both the CET-4 and CET-6 exams available. The CET-4 is aimed at assessing a student's ability to understand and use basic English expressions, while the CET-6 focuses on advanced language skills, including reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Please carefully consider which level is appropriate for your current English proficiency before registering.
To register for the CET, you can either visit our website at www.cet.edu.cn or go to your university's English department office. The registration period will begin on July 25th and end on August 5th. Please make sure to submit your application before the deadline, as late registrations will not be accepted.
The registration fee for CET-4 is set at 60 RMB, while the fee for CET-6 is 80 RMB. Payment can be made online through our website or in person at designated registration centers. Please keep in mind that once the payment is completed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Prior to the exam day, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the test format and content. Sample questions and past papers are available on our website, providing you with valuable practice resources. Additionally, consider joining study groups and seeking guidance from your English teachers to enhance your preparation.
Finally, please remember to bring your student ID card and admission ticket on the test day. Without these documents, entry to the examination hall will not be permitted.
